- Our flowers are processed & treated with "Floralife" plant food and carefully conditioned in our spacious cool room immediately upon arrival from the airport. We pamper our flowers with TLC (tender loving care) to make sure they stay fresher longer and open to their fullest bloom.
- Ensure the highest quality and fresh with floral materials sent to you. Please try to put in vases after received the flowers, and adding a large amount of open water, Made into a flower timber to avoid dehydration.
- Due to have the problem of temporary shortage of seasonal flowers, so the picture will have a little change because of supply rise and fall of flowers. If the flowers of the floral shortage, will be the same floral instead. In case of out of stock, the flower pots, baskets, vases or accessories in the picture, will be appropriate containers, accessories supplies alternative.
- Three sessions of delivery time : 09-12 (morning), 12-17 (afternoon), 17-19 (evening).
- Flowers remote location, if the case can not be served. We will notify the giver to cancel the order.
- Delivery the flowers by the specified time period, if no sign or reject the goods when delivered, both would be regarded as completion of the transaction.
- If the delivery address change temporarily and resulting in additional delivery charges. The delivery charge will add depending on the circumstances.
- If you want to send the following cities is not within the scope of delivery. Please call our shop or via e-mail notification, we can open for you to express delivery services in the city of flowers in 24 hours.
